Golden City Chinese Cuisine

My husband and I were happy when we went to this place, because of the flavor of the food and the amount of food they used to serve in each dish but the most things were the way the waitress used to talk to us very friendly and polite, now for the las 4 times we been there eating, the waitress is bored and with mad actitud he don't ask us if everything is okay or if we need something else. We asked for extra napkins and he gave us 2 napkins with bad attitude. The Fry rice was dry and was not mixed completely the color was white and brown. I don't care the prices, we care is to be treated the same as others and be welcomed and have respect . The food it's not free so we expect good customes service. Absolutely delicious Chinese food. Love the salad and pepper fried shrimp, the bbq pork fried rice, and the pan fried chicken noodles. Excellent service and we always love coming here, when we have a craving for good food.

The fastest delivery around....and delicious!

This place is awesome. I’ve gone to the bar next door and smelled the food. Had to order for myself and am hooked! I don’t get to go to the bar as much now that I’m a parent. But I order in at least twice a month sometimes more. I get the same delivery guy and he knows me lol. I get the salt and pepper chicken and pork chops as well as yow Chang fried rice and duck. Anything else I’ve ordered is not bad. But just not authentic enough for my taste. I travel and have been to China. That’s the ONLY reason for the 4 stars. However if you don’t know the difference this place is 5 stars. Never had bad service whether I got it delivered or picked up. I highly suggest.

We love this restaurant. Entrance is in the back fr the parking lot. Very nondescript entrance, but inside is a very pleasant and clean atmosphere. Food is always hot and very good. This is the Sizzling Plate of Mixed Seafood and the other is Chicken Chow Mein.

Ordered for delivery directly through the restaurant and they deliver it themselves like the old days very cool. Delicious food. Classic chinese food at fair prices. Just got the standards to get an idea but so far the family approves. Kids DEVOURED combination chow mein, they're hard to please. Other dishes orange chicken, black pepper beef, and egg rolls. Everything was tasty, not overly greasy, hot and fresh on arrival. Beef was very tender and chicken pieces were a little on the small side but actually white meat and NO gristle at all. Decent amount of shrimp in the combination chow mein, overall meat level was above average. Showed up slightly earlier than promised, friendly driver, can't wait to try other dishes.

Terrible customer service! Ordered lunch special (requested lunch special twice when I called it in) and an order of wonton soup. Which online shows would've cost about $21. They charged for full order and soup... upping our cost by a fairly small amount, about $6.00, but still! They did provide a full order, but that is not what I ordered or wanted; and I didn't know until I opened the bag at the house! Called them to ask for the difference refunded because they made the mistake. They refused unless I brought the food back because they gave us a full order...really? Bring the food back??? I stated it was their mistake. Ultimately they would not refund the difference. I told her it was too bad because we ordered regularly but because of this, they now lost a loyal customer that was ordering about once every 10 days or so. And...side note...this happened once before from them but I let that one go as an honest mistake. Now it seems like it might not be 'honest' mistakes...sadly!!!
