Chicken was not cooked all the way…

It was the usual. But I did enjoy the customer service. They were real polite. Had to come back for an update. Too many teenagers "playing too much " while handling the public food. The way they were talking to each other in front of customers definitely didn't help. I'm not tearing this place down, I hope they take this to improve

the food is ok but I'm always tripping how much they charge for sauces in a cup..but what keeps me coming back time and time again are those rolls...heaven on earth chile..omg!! 12/15... So my husband cooked BBQ chicken tonight, but no sides, so I drive down the street to Golden Chick to pick some up...I ordered mashed potatoes, fried okra, a side salad and 6 rolls..Again, the rolls are always perfect. The problem were the family potatoes..it was only enough for 1.5 persons..the cup was 55% full..ridiculous...take a look at the picture..they should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of hardworking peoples money like this #toomuch #notenough #saddened 12/31st OOKKK, I changed my rating AGAIN...So my daughter went to get a kids meal at 9:50p on NYE..they told her they'd already put most of the food up, gave her 2 tenders, some corn fritters (which she didn't want) no drink or rolls...ooh but did I mention that they STILL charged her the TOTAL amount for the meal??!! Who does this?? Ridiculous... I'm absolutely done at this point, NO MORE WILL I DO IT!! #unacceptable (attached picture of what was given) 3/7th... I went AGAIN and ordered a garden salad and it was NOT good..like half the lettuce was spoiled, the carrots were dried out and the cheese was stuck to the container...there wasn't an expiration date listed so it's NO telling how long this salad sat in their freezer..I truly believe they are trying to kill me at this point (picture attached)

Rolls were dark and burnt, and the manager had a horrible unnecessary attitude. Maybe she had a bad day, but it wasn't because of me. My nephew visited from out of town, and her horrible non-professional disposition ruined his first GC experience. Unfortunately.

I'm hooked on the Wicked Wings Parking: Drive through is a little tight so be cautious ⚠️

The customer service is horrible. We went through the drive-through, and the pseron sounded like he didn't want to be there. He took our card and didn't say anything and gave it back to us without saying anything with the food and shut the glass door, never coming back to this location.

Very long time at drive thru..and business was slow. It took 4 minutes before anyone said anything to me..It was a very new store and I assume that they are still working out kinks..Food was excellent,very hot and fresh..
