Everything I ordered was good and hot
Everyone working in the restaurant was Hispanic but that wasn't the issue that's never the issue the issue is they didn't get my order right then began speaking in Spanish as they try to figure out IF I'm right for bringing the food back because I'm missing my roll I paid for. They sent me back out the door with the same tenders I came in with and one bun in a bag! It was just a HORRIBLE customer service experience do NOT go to this location...find another Golden Chick to go to.

Ordered door dash. Compare this receipt to the order. Nothing that I got was in my order. When I called the store, they all pretended that they couldn't hear me, even though I could hear them just fine. And this was after five failed attempts to call them. When Door Dash submitted the reorder, the restaurant cancelled it. No responsibility, no customer service, just complete living examples of why Minimum Wage is too high. Me, I paid $20 over two hours ago and I still haven't eaten. What I got isn't worth what I paid, so effectively this store stole from me. The staff and managers are thieves.
Prices are too high for the chicken. I got the 4pc tenders, and 2 of them were small with more breading than chicken. Also, my side of green beans was literally 4 fork bites. Gravy is good, but if I'm paying 10 bucks for 4 tenders, they need to be bigger, as do the sides. The place is clean, and the lady was nice.
Specifically asked for extra crispy and just gave me what you hey wanted then took the same food and refried it even tho I touched them ♀️ just lazy and nasty…
