EDIT REVIEW: immediately upon my posting this review I got a call from the Lebanon Police Department where the owner and manager called to file a false police report (which is now going to be handled legally on my end) If you don’t like bad reviews…don’t serve rotten food, and don’t treat your employees like trash. First and foremost the owner of this restaurant comes in and makes food with her BARE HANDS and allows her boyfriend (not an employee) to do the same. They serve grey rancid smelling hamburger she refuses to throw away because she doesn’t want to waste money. They keep hot dogs for DAYS and try to reuse them (that’s why they’re always grey) before they throw them away, and they had a horrible fly and gnat problem before it was discovered they had never rinsed their broom scoop clean and it was full of rotten food and maggots. If cashiers have to use the void key..even if it was just an accident item entered and no food is lost the owner makes them PAY for the void from their own pocket…even if she’s losing nothing. She talks to her employees like they’re dogs which is why 98% of the people who no longer work there talk about how horrible she is as a person. They serve bad chicken and I know of two people personally who got food poising eating that trash. And she only follows the rules when corporate comes in. If you’re ever waiting for you food it’s probably because their new manager Mr Mustard is sitting in a booth playing games on his phone or gambling on the clock, and if he thinks he’s making mistakes in the drawer he takes tip money from the other employees to toss it in the drawer to cover his mistakes. If you want to eat Cincinnati style chili in a restaurant where you won’t get food poisoning, won’t be served rotten meat, and won’t have to listen to bickering amongst staff..drive a second and a half down the street and go to Skyline and give them your business. They’re polite, professional, and make FRESH food and you’ll leave knowing you supported a business where the management doesn’t treat their staff like garbage.

Always friendly employees and good vegetarian chili. Have been probably a dozen times and each time is great. Vegetarian options: Any menu item that is made with chili (pretty much everything) can be made with vegetarian chili
