Very good. Tasty like Hong Kong. Have to wait a while. Staff member from restaurant still responsive.
Food was OK but ridiculous prices. Dim sum was 3 times as expensive as what I can get back at home. Aware this is London prices but just a few min down the road you can save yourself 20-30%. After adding 12.5% the waiter still asked if we wanted to add tips - did he not realise we paid 12.5% extra already ?!
I followed online recommendations and went to a restaurant in London with my husband and 3-year-old daughter. The food was decent, though I felt it was overpriced compared to similar dishes I've had in Asia. We ordered a combo of roasted duck and char siu, garlic sauce spinach, eggplant stir-fried with minced pork, egg fried rice with shredded chicken, a beer, and a bottle of still water, totaling GBP 85.70. I made the mistake of not realizing the price included VAT and a 12.5% service charge. The waiter suggested adding the service charge to my bill, bringing the total service charge to 22.5%. While the service was satisfactory and the staff friendly, I found the service charge excessive.
Excellent dim sum, recimmend fried noodles, ho fun, siu mai, sticky rice, all good. Very fast.
The food is good and reasonably priced. If you byo, there's a corkage of £23 which seems pricey.
Average food, good service, below average location.
