Gold Cup is now our exclusive vendor for all our break room needs. We originally started using Gold Cup for their high quality coffee and tea selection. We have since expanded and have been utilizing Gold Cup for all our snacks, drinks, cups, plates, utensils, etc. Skip, our sales rep, has been instrumental in making all of this happen. He is such a pleasure to work with, you can really feel the passion he brings to the table. He is very knowledgeable about their products and machines, and has explained in detail the differences of the machines and products that go into them. Skip patiently listened to what our office needs were, and to say he delivered would be an understatement. Charlie, our delivery rep, is absolutely amazing and goes out of his way to help every time. He has been extremely helpful with our deliveries and answering all of our questions thoroughly, going above and beyond. Amber is the office manager, and a phenomenal person. She is very precise and gets you the answers you need in record timing. Her customer service skills set the bar extremely high and we love having her as our main point of contact! We are still a growing office, and Gold Cup is still helping us every inch along the way with our growing needs. They have great products, and the best, most caring staff around. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication!

Gold Cup is our vendor for our snack bar at our dealership. We use them for our coffee, creamers, tea, sugar, paper supplies, water service and popcorn. Could not be more happy with the product and the service. Anthony is our delivery rep, had makes a visit to our dealership once a week. There has never been a time that when I need them that he or someone was there to help within minutes. Anthony goes out of his way every single time to make sure we are taken care of. He is also great with communication and remembering things we have talked about. There are times that we could have moved to a different vendor, but why? About 3 months ago we installed a new Keurig hot drink machine in our Service department waiting room. Our Customers love it. It offers 13 combinations of Coffee, French Vanilla and Hot Chocolate. Anthony, our Service Rep. is here every Monday making sure it is clean and running perfectly and Skip, or Sales Rep. calls or comes by every once in a while To make sure all is well. And get this, a very sweet, real person answers the phone when you call the office. Not a machine. We are super happy with Gold Cup Services.
