The bowl is really successful, but the best thing is the sweet girl working the evening shift at the register, she explained all the things and how they serve me very well and helped me.
Have been here a couple of times with family (my brother was the one who first introduced me to this place) and it has been one of our go-to places ever since. Their hotteok is so good, especially freshly made Their bowl sizes are definitely larger than any other restaurants I've been to before. Have yet to try everything else on the menu but I definitely recommend getting the bulgogi, and pork belly! :)
If you want to elevate your fast food like Panda Express or Chipotle this is a fresh, healthy and tasty alternative. I chose pork belly bop bowl. There are options down the line including salad, rice and black rice for ballast then a plethora of toppings and sauces to make your bowl customized to your liking. I added avocado and fried egg and it was quite good. Corner of Wilshire and Irolo this Ktown location has free 45 minute parking in back.
I normally go here atleast 4 times a week. This time I was treated rude by the the guy who doing the service. Asking for toppings and put too little compare to the womens server during the day. I feel like like I didn’t get what I paid for. i ask for one of each and says next topping is extra. But I didn’t get yet what’s on the picture. Every time I come here during the evening it’s not very welcoming. I’m not coming back
My crew and I loved their delicious, refreshing, fresh tasing Korean bowls! I placed an order for like 15 bowls and they had it ready within 30 or so minutes. I wish I had taken a photo of the bowl because it was delicious. And a lot of people from my crew made a point to say how good the food was. And all of us have spent many years traveling around the world, so that is a compliment. It's a bit pricy if you're looking to cater for a lot of people, but it's well worth it. My only complaint is that I wish they would put more kimchi in the bowls. ;) (just because it was good) Parking is the only tricky thing because it's on a very busy street.
