Godfather's Pizza

I ordered the taco pizza, got a sausage and onion with mozzarella cheese. In the lid of the pizza box was a message Written in ballpoint pen stating they were out of chedder cheese. Where is the lettuce where's the tomato? I called Godfathers to tell them I received the wrong pizza, They told me I have to call doordash. Way to pass the buck. The door dash driver only grabs the boxes that the pizza place gives them. I contacted doordash, and all they wanted to do was give me a doordash credit not my money back. F GODFATHERS PIZZA.

We ordered pizza for delivery at 7:00pm we called them at 8:30 and they said that it’s waiting to be delivered. We waited another hour and called at 9 and no one answered and our pizza was still not delivered!!! 10:00pm came around and no pizza still and they were closed so we couldn’t get a hold of them once again!!! I want a refund!!

This place has the worst service. Quality has gone down and they are so inflexible with customers. We were driving 30 minutes just to pick up order, well not any longer. We will spend our money some place else, a business that values us as customers.

It was really good and I will go back to Godfather Pizza

Paid for a pizza at 7:42 pm on 4/5/24. Never came

Well i dunno about you but im 0 and 2. 1. Few weeks ago delivery took 2.5 hours. 2. Today i decided to pick up since delivery time is so slow. At time of order today i was told ready in 25 minutes. I arrived in 40 minutes and was told order was just coming out of the oven and to give it 2 or 3 minutes. After 15 minutes i was told just a few more minutes. After 5 more minutes i had to leave i had a 4 oclock appt and now its 3:52. ... While waiting 2 other people came in to pick up orders and were told to wait 15 minutes for one order and 25 for the other. They were both also upset because there orders were also very late. I wont be ordering from here anymore, you dont know if your going to get your order or when you are going to get it. They said they were going to cancel my order so it gets credited back to my card, we will see if that happens if not i will dispute with my bank to get my $44 back. Godfathers missing out on alot of money and business being like this with there customers.
