Great slice of pie! . But it cost me some time..
Very disappointing customer service. Purchased a sandwich and was told to grab it from the fridge. There were only a couple left, both expired. When asked if there were fresher sandwiches in the back they said no. Rolled their eyes, tried to tell me it was still good, then begrudgingly gave me a refund while asking for me to put the expired sandwich back in the fridge for another customer to grab. Gross.
I can’t tell you what the food tastes like but judging by what I saw I decided to fast for the day. The counter person was an arrogant jackass and I just couldn’t order from such a schmarmy character.
This girl looked at me like “how dare you come up to my counter”, I left after her nasty look cause I don’t want spit in my food.
Pizza was very good for airport food. Service left alot to be desired. Guy behind the register seemed annoyed by my presence.
1st, the customer service was fantastic! It was just about 5pm & they were closing & everything was put away & he literally took the time to make a fresh pizza for me. He was very kinda! The pizza was delicious too!
You should really look into installing kiosks so customers aren't forced into dealing with extremely rude employees. Nasty attitudes towards customers and slamming pans and utensils around is ridiculously childish behavior that no one should not have to witness.
Wow, you really see humanity and common decency at airports go out the window. The staff is obviously overworked and treated like trash by the customers they serve. You need to move to an automated ordering system and keep the employees in the kitchen. I couldn’t imagine working at a place that I get treated like trash while I let myself fill with anger. Do better Management/Owners these are people who work for you and they matter
