Goddess and the Baker, 44 E Grand

It was my first time there. They have a great variety of things. It was a little bit stuffy (it was Sunday morning tho, breakfast) but everything was delicious! The coffee, great.

This is my new favorite eatery in Chicago. I am amazed by the service, the food, and excellent coffee. I love it so much that I’ve had the chicken club three times and going for a fourth, in one week! I grabbed their beautiful camp mug to take home so I can dream about that sandwich every day with my morning coffee. What a wonderful place, highly recommend

Great coffee but music is terribly loud if you’re there for conversation or need to take a phone call for work or personal

Stopped by at goddess in the baker with my friends and it was lovely! The croissants were great, and I would definitely recommend the caramel cookie crumble latte

Good atmosphere and very pretty drinks and food but the quality of the food itself is underwhelming. I ordered avocado toast which arrived cold on arrival (pretty sure it was from the fridge) and tasted nothing, a bit disappointing for the price.

I waited 30mn for 2 cappuccino, the croissants are dry, lack of organisation..it’s chaos, spoke to the manager she didn’t care. NOT RECOMMEND

Consistent and quick service with quality options, both sweet and savory. Wonderful atmosphere with beautiful finishes! 100% recommend.
