Disappointed with the açaí bowl I got. The topping I got was condensed milk for an extra $1.50. It was not what I expected; they gave me powdered milk on top. Condensed milk is sweet and creamy not dry and powdered. Also it was a bit icy.

Are you going to answer a business phone and not speak the national language of that country. Apparently when I called in to ask questions about a coupon. They gave me that is invalid and apparently can't be used for my address the lady I spoke with spoke no English. To the point where I asked for somebody with English and she didn't even understand that. The level of professionalism of these restaurants has dropped significantly and drastically over the last month. Their food portions used to be good and now their skimpy and apparently their customer service is trash giving out coupons that are invalid for certain address locations. Avoid
