"WAS" a consistent customer until 04/19/24. Ordered a Reuben Sandwich which I've had before... 1st bite in was my last bite.. the meat was rancid and had the consistency of a mushy meatloaf. The waitress was fine.. attentive and apologetic. But the issue was no immediate reaction from the on-site management. I understand minor quality issues .but serving spoiled meat can lead to potential health issues. They took the Sandwich off the bill.. but still had to pay for an anemic looking Cobb Salad (again forgot to put "any" dressing on). Unfortunately the group of six decided last time at Glory Days.
