Unfriendly staff, wines weren’t so great. Seating is not available if you want to come taste wine

My husband and I have been visiting this winery for years and have enjoyed tasting and buying bottles to sit and drink on the beautiful premises while visiting the fingerlakes! Until recently it was an enjoyable time but unfortunately we have found that the last 3 times that we have been there "which happened to be trail events" they push you through the back with this young lady named Abby that doesn't even dust the bottom of the glass with enough wine to even know what your tasting let alone "sip eat food pairing sip" there's not enough for first sip! I have mentioned it to others wineries on the same event and they are hearing the same complaint from other event goers!! All the othe wineries give adequate pours. Which Glenora used to! But as of late is very disappointing! Not sure I need a return on my next time through!

Gorgeous view. Excellent lunch at the Veraisons Restaurant. Wine very good. Beer available as well.

Great place with very nice deck to view the lake. Loved the cab franc and the dry Riesling.

The gentleman that gave the tasting was very polite. Good wine.

Wonderful easy going inn. It was the off season but this winery and all of Seneca lake was beautiful

The water bottles on the tables were so dirty there were particles floating around in the water. We asked for fresh water, and they also had things floating in the water. Ended up getting a sofa so we could have clean drinks. The soda is served in small and narrow highball glasses, so you don't get very much, and there are no free refills. The food itself was unimpressive. Most of the food seemed like it was prepacked from restaurant supply companies. Penne alla vodka was just penne with marinara. Much of the food had fancy names and descriptions, but in reality was very pedestrian. Would not recommend for the price.

My husband and I LOVE the sweet fruit wines! Definitely a favorite winery. The staff is amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable.
