I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday at Giselle Miami and it was an experience like no other. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm that set the tone for an amazing evening. Let's start with the service - impeccable doesn't even begin to describe it. The staff at Giselle Miami are true professionals, effortlessly attending to our every need. The ambiance at Giselle Miami is TRULY Miami - energetic, and undeniably fun. The DJ's playlist added an extra layer of excitement to the atmosphere, creating the perfect backdrop a fun night of partying and amazing eats. And when i thought it couldn't get better, here comes the food. We had the celebration experience as a group of 10, we indulged in a variety of dishes that left us craving more. We kicked off the evening with some tequila shots, Caviar 'Bump,' and champagne - the perfect start to a memorable night. For appetizers, we had the Green Goddess Salad, the Szechuan Calamari ,the delicate crunch of the Bluefin Tuna Cones, and the exquisite presentation of the Chef's Centerpiece, which boasted jumbo shrimp, ceviche, and oysters. The culinary experience did not stop there. For our main course, we indulged in the Crispy Whole Snapper, Standing Mac and Cheese, Bok Choy, and skirt steak. Each dish was amazing, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared to perfection. My personal favorite was the Standing Mac & Cheese, and the Crispy Snapper. In summary, my experience at Giselle Miami was nothing short of extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the lively ambiance and sensational food, it's clear that this restaurant is in a league of its own. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Giselle Miami is the place to be. I have zero negative things to say about this establishment, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable evening. Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian selections in their menu. Wheelchair accessibility: They have an elevator, and an open concept layout which i would say is very accessible.

Mez was quick to greet us and get us settled and feeling great! Offered us many choices and kept checking in on us. Love that!

I had a wonderful time for my birthday. The staff is very energetic and helpful. The drinks are soo good specially the 1111 wish . The food was delicious. Allan helped us feel at home and he is very attentive and professional. Overall ,I had an amazing unforgettable birthday experience. Thank you Allan.

This restaurant was everything my friends and I were looking for the perfect girls night! The food was incredible, you should DEFINITELY try the tuna cones! Service was a 10 and the place is beautiful to take pictures as well.

**UPDATE**: I was contacted and apologized to for my horrible first experience. The manager invited me back and I received great service and great food the second my second time around. I appreciate Giselle Miami for taking the necessary steps to make sure I satisfied and correct the situation. Probably the worst dining experience I've had in my entire life here in miami and I've been here a decade. Ruined my birthday. From the moment we sat down, everyone in my group felt pressured and rushed by the waitress to order. When I asked her how the sea bass was prepared, she went on to recommend a $360 tomahawk. I kept explaining to her I don't eat beef but kept trying upsell on extreme levels. I understand up selling is apart of the job, but there are classy ways to do it. Hers was tasteless. When we got our bill it was $880 for four ppl. After checking items on the bill we noticed SEVERAL drinks that where added to our bill that we NEVER ordered. Also some items we where charged for more than once. She also up charged the cocktails that we actually did order by adding casa Migo in the cocktails (we never asked for casa Migo's, we expected the house tequila). When I confronted the waitress about this, she says " I assumed u wanted casa migos" I replied, "you can't assume, you didn't ask. Most restaurants use the house liquor if you don't ask for a specific brand" The waitress then lies and says, "CasaMigo is our house liquor " LOL. Completely lied in our faces. I asked to see our bill again so I can take it to the manager, she literally said no and then walked off. I went and found the manager whom was also the VIP hostess and she was very apologetic and understanding. To make a long story shorter, after the manager fixed our bill, it went from almost $900 all the way down to $500. Our waitress ultimately tried to scam and finesse us out a higher bill because she makes 20% gratuity that's automatically applied. Nice try lady. Didn't work. Next time u see a group of young, beautiful BLACK women, don't assume we are uneducated, can't count or lack common sense! We are spreading the word about this establishment trust.

Great restaurant. Love everything about it, the music, the vibes, the food and the drinks. They were able to accomodate a late night reservation which I appreciate.

Food was excellent and our server Stewart ensured our comfort and enjoyment. Such an infectious personality —we couldn’t have desired a better server!

Gorgeous interior and the food/cocktails are even better! You can tell the entire restaurant was made with attention to detail. Love the crispy rice but hard to go wrong with anything on the menu :)
