Girl & the Goat Los Angeles

Most of the food was okay, but some was just bad. Avoid the crumpets at all cost! I was really looking forward to the goat liver mouse, but the crumpets were just absolute grease bombs. When we picked them up, it was like wringing out a wet kitchen sponge full of hot oil. After one bite of these, my appetite was thrown off. We were sat next to the waiter computer station, and two people heard us talking about how bad they were, but did not ask us if it could be fixed or try to remedy at all. We ordered the not-so-crispy chicken, and it was undercooked. This place knows nothing about meal progression and timing. Before we could even take a second sip of our drinks, our table was flooded with all the appetizers at once, so our table was crowded within 3 minutes of our meal. If they had only brought 1 or 2 items at a time, this would not have been a problem. Some things got cold before we could get to them. I definitely would not return.

This was our first time and everything was amazing!! Our server Freddy was attentive and his menu recommendations were perfect. Will definitely be back! Dietary restrictions: My son and I are gluten free and we were able to find many things to eat on the menu.
