THIS is the WORST chicken wings I have EVER had! Ordered a 12 and a 6 piece garlic parmesan and it was GARBAGE... Wings had a STINCH to it as if it was NOT cleaned. Dumped a POUND of garlic on it to try to HIDE that STICNH! Looked as if it was wrapped in foil with garlic. NO COLOR! PALE and RAW looking! Would gotten better satisfaction if I had WIPED my @$$ with that $28! I shared the 6 pieces with a friend and had to APOLOGIZE for sharing that GARBAGE! I was EMBARRASSED ! NEVER AGAIN!

I have ordered here many times and the food is always great no complaints there but the customer service is honestly terrible I’ve had a few issues with deliveries and call and sit in hold for 10 mins and then whenever the drivers get here they never have change or at least act like they don’t and try and walk away without giving 10+ dollars in change, it’s honestly some of the l worst customer service I’ve dealt with which sucks because they really do put out good food. And one other issue I had is ordered a 24 count of wings and paid for an extra sauce yet they will not for some reason allow you to do half and half sauces I mean if I asked for free I’d understand but I paid for the extra sauce and it was still an issue just doesn’t make any sense at all

60.54 plus a $5 cash tip let’s just say I never ever would have expected what I received! Called the store the man gave me a number to send pictures of the over cooked hard pizza. Put me on hold to speak to his manager for 15mins. I hang up and called back for the man to put me on hold again then hang up on me. Very rude I just wanted my food replaced but never got a chance to voice that. Trying to do a lot of damage control on this here internet huh…. Maybe I should have brought it down there, Y’all never told me nothing hence the reason I was left on hold. Guess your business needed the money more than wanting satisfied customers! Have a BLESSED DAY!!
