WOW....Just wow... never experience such a bad service in my life that I remember... sorry for the owners, but from the lack of manners of the employees to the lack of flavor, will definitely not recommend or go back. We got there after a 3 hours brightline trip from Miami, heading to our Marathon weekend at Disney. Searched google map for the nearest restaurant and found this place... for me Italian food never fails... Well, after being there for a little while seating, the waitress decided to appear and introduce herself literally saying: "hey, what do you want?" ... it really got us by surprise, we looked at each other like is this real... but whatever... I ordered Chicken Francese, a dish hard to fail, but it did... on top of that the waitress disappeared and I never got the chance to ask for parmesan cheese, the other waitresses ignored us deliverately, I say it because one of the them literally looked at me and decided to look the other way. At that point, I just ate my chicken and no big deal, decided to ask for cheese to go and take the pasta for dinner...well, once our waitress decided to pass by, she grabbed all the used napkins (mines and my friend's) and decided to dump them in the plate full of pasta instead of the empty plate my friend had... I told her I was planning on taking that home... she goes ahead and removes the napkins from the plate, and asked if I wanted a togo box... to what I responded with a grossed out face to just take plate and bring the check. Sorry to post this... but I feel I had to. The bread was amazing, too bad it came with the appetizer and the food all together...

Just horrible. Server didn't get the order right, waited 30-45 minutes to get served while having a little crowd inside. Terrible in general

Not sure what going on here but I’ve been getting some really bad pizza there lately. Last week I ordered a Sicilian Pie and it was a disaster. Some of the dough rose and some stayed flat. It seemed as if they had problems with sticking to the oven as well since part of the bottom was either cut out or ripped off from sticking. Today I ordered garlic knots and pizza and had issues with it. The garlic knot were saturated in what ever oil or butter they use. I kid you knot is squeezed one knot and about a 1/4 cup of liquid came out. It was inedible. The pizza was cold. Felt like it was a premade pizza that got reheated and they added a little more cheese and pepperoni. I say this because there was quite a bit of cheese and the it didn’t seem all the way melted and no crunch to the pizza even though it was dark underneath. I may be wrong but that’s how it felt.

The past few times I’ve ordered pizza from here I’ve been disappointed. Maybe they are under new management because I used to like their pizza and service. Last week, I tried ordering food for pickup and was put on hold for over ten minutes. I called back and the person that answered the phone sounded so miserable that I decided that that kind of attitude could only mean further disappointment for myself, so I decided to order pizza from Proccolinos instead.
