Let me first say that I Never give bad reviews, however this will be my first in hopes that the Manager on Duty Ana does not treat another customer the way she treated our group. We made reservations for a group of 12 for a birthday celebration. The waitress and the food was amazing, were were having a great night until the very end. As we were waiting for our check, an employee came up to our table very abruptly and very ignorant telling us that she had another group of 12 that needed the table. We told her that we were just waiting for our checks and as soon as we received them we signed and left. As we left, we were again approached with very hostile energy by two of the 12 people saying they were part of the 12 waiting for the table. Since this has now changed the vibe of our night celebrating a birthday, I decided to call the restaurant and asked for the manager on duty to let them know what we experienced. I found out that she was the one that approached our table abruptly. I told her that I didn’t appreciate how she handled the whole situation especially since our group spent well over $1,000, she said that we could have reserved a private party if we wanted to stay longer but they had that table reversed for another party. I tried to explain to her that we didn’t plan to stay as long as we did and we’re just waiting for our checks (which was asked for right after dessert since we were already running late for our evening) and she continued to talk over me. She didn’t express any remorse for how she handled the situation and just kept saying that they needed the table. I get that the party waiting for the table was probably giving her a hard time waiting since we also received the wrath from it; however as a manager on duty you should know how to handle situations & be able to pivot if things don’t run on time, either move other tables together (which their were a few open ones)and putting the other 12 at another section or talk to their employees about moving things faster. She should have never approached us the way she did and shouldn’t have let her frustration out on us. She is very unprofessional and needs to learn how to manage better.
I’m from Italy and chose this place to treat my client tonight. Service was short and pressured us to order. The food was watery and flavorless. The waitress response was I cannot take it back just because he doesn’t like it! By the way 100$. Highly disappointed
