Giordano's

Well, I went over reviews before posting this one, I don’t why some people gave 5 stars. The service needs to improve, the staff is not fully trained. We ordered soft drinks, salads, pizzas and one person in our party ordered an entree. The entree came out with the salads, one of us didn’t receive our salad at all. Don’t expect a nice warm pizza, the pizzas are now served on regular dinner plate and the pizza is barely warm while eating it. Used dishes were never picked up until we were getting ready to leave. We came on a Sunday around 4:30. It was not busy and there were 8 in our group. I like Giordanos pizzas but the service staff really isn’t trained enough to be in a downtown restaurant. The experience was very annoying. Thanks for your time.

This was my second attempt at a Chicago's deep dish pizza...and I am very happy that my recommended Giordano's. It was delicious!!! And David (server) was great as well. I will return when I am back in Naperville.
