I tried Ginsoy for the first time, and I must say food is very delicious. We had chicken fried rice, Chicken Chowmein, sweet N sour chicken, and Manchurian. Everything had their unique flavor especially Chicken Chowmein. Portion size was great ! The ambiance was vibrant. Love the fact that the place was not too congested, spacious seating. The service was also exceptional, with attentive staff members who made sure everything was to my liking. Overall, great experience !

Discovering this hidden gem in Canada has been an absolute delight! I recently had the pleasure of trying the best Pakistani-Chinese cuisine, and I can't recommend it enough. Unlike the common Hakka style, this place proudly offers true Pakistani-Chinese flavors that transport you straight back to the streets of Karachi. The menu explicitly mentions that this isn't Hakka Chinese but an authentic representation of Pakistani-Chinese culinary artistry. From Dynamite Prawns to Chili Beef and an array of delectable curries, every dish was a burst of original flavors that felt like a nostalgic journey. One remarkable aspect is their commitment to quality – they don't compromise on rice. Instead of the typical low-quality Hakka rice, they use original Basmati rice, perfectly blending it with their unique spices. This not only elevates the taste but also adds a distinctive touch to each dish. For those who've experienced Pakistani-Chinese cuisine in Karachi, this place is a nostalgic haven. The authenticity of flavors, the quality of ingredients, and the overall dining experience make it a must-try. So, if you're in the mood for an unforgettable culinary adventure that captures the essence of Pakistani-Chinese food, this place is the perfect destination. Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of flavors, and let your taste buds dance to the tune of genuine Basmati-infused delights.

All I have to say is yuck. I was warned before going not to expect hakka chinese and a more “pakistani style” chinese taste, but what I ate left me speechless. The food was so bland and tasteless, I think a novice chef couldve made better food. They try to get you in by making you feel nostalgic and then punch you in the face with disastrous food and high prices. Please do better and learn to cook.

This place is advertised as Chinese but is anything but chinese/hakka. Service was horrible. Took them an hour to bring out our food. Their excuse being gas line is broken. That itself is a health and safety hazard, no one should have been in the building should that have been true. Our food came out COLD. It was sitting out and you can tell. There was a piece of metal found in our chow mein and they said that some times stuff like this happens and that we shouldn’t be dissatisfied. +another health and safety hazard, why is there metal in your food and why is it a common occurrence where it happens sometimes? The Mongolian beef is anything but Mongolian beef, it tastes like a beef stew, completely drenched in gravy, completely opposite of actual Mongolian beef. All of the meat dishes were drenched in gravy, with sparse pieces of meat. Manager/supervisor was also randomly recording the restaurant with our face in it, without any consent. I asked him to delete it and he turned his phone off. The price of the dishes is not worth the portion either. Place is a mess, doesn’t serve authentic Chinese/Hakka food, and the kitchen is disgusting. 0/10 (getting a 0 is actually insane.)
