Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates Flagship

We always love the amazing pastries and chocolates at Ginger Elizabeth. Sad the breakfast sandwich was taken off the menu - it was our favorite. The staff are so helpful and efficient. I would love to see a changing table added to the bathroom for kiddos.

My wife and I visited Ginger Elizabeth last week on her birthday. The associate who handled our order, was very reluctant to place the desserts we purchased into a bag. We had to ask!!! Not only does Ginger Elizabeth miss out on branding opportunities with this type of service, it’s just terrible customer service. We’ve never had this type of issue with See’s, the service at See’s is far superior and much friendlier. We typically visit GE 3-4 times per year. This last experience was not it!!!

Chocolates, desserts and coffee are amazing. Minus a star because they stopped selling Breakfast-type options like their amazing cinnamon rolls. Bunch is bust here.

Food: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: Some very done pastries which were pretty standard fare. The extended review... Desserts: S'mores Croissant - 3.5/5 - It was a good seasonal croissant. I'm a super fan of s'mores and this definitely was up my Alley. It was a very dolled up croissant which I can appreciate. Strawberry Almond Croissant - 3.5/5 - Good flavor on this but the strawberry didn't read so much. Service: 4/5 - Friendly and attentive staff Ambiance: 4/5 - A very cute shop but all grab and go.

Such a special experience and the chocolates were DIVINE. Enjoy each bite, I know I did!
