I was a first thing customer. The Bistro Lo Mein was delicious and the General Tso’s chicken were also good. Now don’t recommend the Bistro fried rice and the ribs . The waitress came over to ask how was everything and I let her know that the ribs wasn’t tender, and that the fried rice didn’t have any taste to it. She basically looked at me and walked off still charge me for something that was barely eaten and then told me well it wasn’t my fault I did my job never once told the waitress that she did not do her job that was not my complaint that was not even a concern informed the young lady I never said these things to you I’m informing you about the food that we did not taste tasteful . Never was told that they didn’t food back . The waitress tried to make me feel that it was my fault. I believe whenever a customer comes into your establishment you should let them know that you don’t take food back. And she could have offered would like something else instead . To accommodate the customer. I will not ever go back because that fact that she said it’s not her fault and tried to make me feel it was my fault “ your Oder it so your stuck with the bill” I have NEVER IN my entire life encounter such rudeness when it comes to some food. I truly understand that you’re running a business but at the same time you explain to the customer that you do not do returns or you are basically stuck with the bill whatever you order to be explain to the customer so they know why OK upfront well whatever order if I don’t like it. I’m still stuck with it. Because basically they’re not gonna accommodate you. If something is not tasteful. I really wanted to go in there and knock over everything in that place. I’m very disappointed and upset at the fact that I was treated with disrespect. I thank God my mother raised me better than that . I give the two items that I stated was good . I the other food 0 No taste for the rice , for the ribs dry and tough. Not tender at all. Parking: Nothing else to say at this time.

First time we dined in and the food was pretty good. Second time we ordered to go got the mongolian beef that was 50% onion and barely any beef. We also got orange chicken witch was uneatable, hard and dry that you couldn't chew through it. For a meal that's 65.82$ without the sides I would expect a little bit more quality. In the picture you can see the amount of onion left on the plate after eating quite a bit. Parking: Bigvopen plaza

Just ....not good. Dined here around 8pm on a Thursday night. Not many occupied tables, so got right in. The room itself is the best part of the experience - modern, clean and inviting. The food however belies any positives though. (On a side note, having lived in San Francisco, Boston, DC, and NYC - all of which have wonderful Asian restaurants especially in "chinatown" I am a bit spoiled, but even in low impact towns like Toledo I've had much better Asian food than here), I've heard that Asian food round here is poor. Hoping that's not true, as so much good found abounds here) The salt and pepper calamari was terrible. Generic 'rings', accompanied by a very odd/weird combo of dry seasonings. This was the low point, of which there were several. It was hot, and that's the only nice thing I can say about it. The shrimp wonton noodle soup (which sounded promising) was equally poor. Lukewarm broth, and the wontons were shriveled to the point of making me wonder about their age. The flavor was not fresh and this dish was largely inedible. We had the Mandarin pork chop. While the flavor texture and cooking of the meat were both good, the dish consisted of a (LOT OF) meat covered in sauce. Nothing else (aside from a scoop of rice on the side). We asked for more rice, and/or another dish just to share, but that was ignored. Flavor was good, but presentation was terrible. So the rumors are true - Asian food around this area is not very good, at least in this place.
