Gigi's Pizza and Pasta

This place is awesome. It’s a takeout place, but Carmine did his best to make us at home, since we were just passing through. The pizzas were traditional handtossed, the toppings were outstanding. Their garlic knots are unique and very tasty. Recommend this place very highly. Hand the “garbage” pizza. It was anything but. Sooo yummy!

Carmine is the best. I've been going to Gigi's for 11 years from NPR and now since he opened here in Spring Hill. Best pizza on the nature coast. Hands down. Pasta dishes are huge and excellent. Great red sauce. Rolls and calzones huge and excellent as well. Best meatballs in a pizzeria I've had since I left New York. Must try and taste for yourself.

Came back to FLORIDA, and I was excited about having GiGi's again. I walked in and noticed that the Pizza maker uniform was filthy. I then looked in the kitchen and noticed the floor was filthy. I took home the Pizza, and the pizza was not nearly as good as I remember. Maybe the appearance of the place clouded my judgment, but I wouldn't return even the pizza was in fact good as I remember.

I felt the need for people ordering pizza to know what they’re getting. This is an absurd amount of toppings and the dough, sauce and toppings are delicious. The sandwiches are massive. My only recommendation is to drive home with the lid open to let everything cool down.

The cook, probably owner was very nice but seemed frustrated. Maybe the lack of help or support. The person helping was no help. This place was a little hard to find, set back from the other stare fronts in the corner. I ordered a large pizza. The crust was a little thick for my liking but was good. I would like to try some other items

Excellent service and pizza. Loved the crunchy crust and fresh toppings. The owner and his staff friendly and courteous.

Just ordered Best pizza I have ever had. Reminds me of Brooklyn pizza. Portions are huge. What a hidden gem. Highly recommend

Sitting at work and I get a hankering for some italian food. Lucky me, Gigi's is at the next intersection and the reviews were great, so I tried them out. Wowza! The chicken parm pizza is STACKED with chicken (real chicken breast btw) and the baked manicotti has the stretchiest mozz I've eaten in a long time. They obviously use only high quality ingredients and then cook them to perfection. I'm going to eat here every week now, I want to try everything!
