Customer service horrible. Staff is not knowledgeable on what is offered at this business. Jennifer is extremely unorganized on giving information to staff.

The Gigi's in Montgomery, AL, has never disappointed me! I order from them about once a week. The cupcakes are always delicious, fresh, and well packaged.

Had a bad experience horrible customer service. Needs to work on better communication. Will not give out corporate number. Was told they would send it to her anyway. Will not be back will be trying Cake Design from now on.

Red velvet cupcake and cheese cake cupcakes are to die for and you will gain weight FYI but it's worth the extra gym time!

Extremely clean and professional facility. All Cupcakes were delicious and can't wait to get more. I drove 3 hrs to get these and totally worth the money and the drive.
