Giardino Gourmet Salads

As an enjoyer of Giardinos, I am upset. I ordered 2 K&Q salads from Uber eats and received them dry & without sauce. Very disappointed :(

Salads are made to order on the spot. And if you don't like any of their signature crafted salads, you can create your own salad customized the way YOU like it. You need to try their Deli Salads too. The Curry Turkey is delicious.

Pedí ensalada para llevar en verdad muy mala. Prácticamente te dan un Ball lleno de lechuga, poco tomate, poco pepino, poco queso. Y como 5 grutones. Y la salsa que la acompaña no me gustó.. en verdad no estuvo buena. Pedí una ensalada griega.

I went with my family to eat.. order and at the moment of paying they tell me that I can't stay and eat because they close in 10 min.... was 8:30. Not only that... when I got home, they were in such a hurry to make the salads that forgot my salad dressing. Very bad experience terrible service... only in this location

Arrived at 8:30P hoping to sit down and enjoy a good salad and found chairs stacked and told I could only order to go. The staff rushed preparing my salad . Got home and found they forgot to include the salad dressing and the salad was inedible.. Terrible experience with this location. Other locations are excellent in my experience. They should not publish a 9P closing time and close at 8:30P. Don't waste your time with this location.

Very fresh and good tasting salad.

Placed the order online, it was ready when I got there and it was easy to pick up.

I've been a regular customer at this place since I work in front of it. Unfortunately, I can't help but express my frustration with the consistently poor service I've had during my visits. Each time is just a disappointing experience with the service. The soup is good, and I keep returning because of it. However, I've encountered several issues during my visits, including being ignored when trying to place my order and receiving less-than-helpful responses when seeking clarification about the menu. Today was the 3rd time that this happened to me, I'm ordering and the person just left without saying anything, and I had to wait 10 minutes for another person to come to take my order.

Food tastes good, but it comes with a high price… I paid $16 for a “small” chicken caesar and a water. If you are on a budget, I suggest you stay away from this place.
