Giacomo's Boston North End

I have been waiting to try this restaurant for so long but I didn’t want to wait in along line. Monday night was the ticket in with no line but I was so disappointed. The food was just ok. We ordered calamari to start , which was good. I ordered eggplant parm and my husband ordered veal parm and we split the dishes. Not bad, but not great either. Service wasn’t great either. Took a bit to get bread and put the order in. The waitress kept trying to take our appetizers away. Water was tepid with no ice and wine was run of the mill. Over all, I wouldn’t recommend it. So dissapointed.

Fantastic service all around and the food was even better. Started with the delicious burrata, then my server pointed me in the direction of the lobster ravioli. Hands down the best I've ever had. Will certainly be coming back next time I'm in Boston!

It's a pretty mid place with a below average service

Giaccamo's -- "sentirsi a casa!" Can't wait to go back....if you are looking for authentic Italian hospitality with authentic Italian food, you'll feel the same way. Treated myself and my daughter like family. Food is exceptional here. Highly recommended the pumpkin tortellini. Kind of dish that leaves you dreaming until the next time you have it.....

Amazing lobster ravioli!

Great Italian food. It is a very small restaurant. We didn’t feel rushed but I have seen people put this in their posts. It wasn’t too busy when we went for dinner so maybe that’s why. There are no reservations and they only accept cash! So come prepared or you will pay a $3.25 fee at the ATM they have in the restaurant. The eggplant Parmesan was delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly.
