Great Ethiopian restaurant.
Everything about this place is perfect. Food is outstanding tastes like I'm back in Addis, the owner is the sweetest person I've met and always remembers me. I'm sad it's closed temporarily, hopefully it is back in full swing soon!
First off, the owner of the restaurant is very friendly, happy to be working there, and gives off a positive atmosphere. That is always a plus Second, everything I have had here from the lamb tibs, to the shiro has been absolutely fantastic. Warning: the food is addictive! I has a friend of mine eat here on a weekend, then come back for round 2 less than a week later! Out of everything though, the sambuusas are straight they are that good! I Would 100% recommend Ghion to anyone looking for new food to try! I come back to this review over a year later to be disappointed that Ghion closed down. May it rest in peace. It surely was one of the best hidden gems in Atlanta.
Food was good great vegan options. But watching cook blow on the injera bread while in the making wasn't my thing
Easily the best Ethiopian food around. Especially their vegan awaze tibs. Unbelievably delicious.
Best Ethiopian I have tasted. They have a good variety for vegetarians as well.
I had a taste for ethiopian food and my lady found this jewel on yelp. We enjoyed everything as the food was delicious and staff very nice and welcoming. Had no idea this place had been here for 23 years. Will definitely be back.
WOW to the best Ethiopian food... just like back home! WOW to the homeland hospitality! VERY PLEASED indeed!
Local Ethiopian food with great atmosphere and warm, friendly environment. The food is amazing and the service great. Always pleasant time.
This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! The food is beyond delicious! We had the kitfo, brown lentils and sambusas. I definitely recommend going to this restaurant! The lady cooking/running the restaurant is an absolute gem! I will definitely be back soon!!
