The jerk wings had the best flavor I've tried it was spiced right and not overpowering... The potato salad was also delicious.. yams and Mac n cheese was good and the portions are huge I let too coworkers try and they were hooked...can't wait to try more

Food was delicious!! I had the whiting dinner it was soooo good. Definitely real southern food .! 10 stars !!!

They treat u like u are a part of the family

Called before we came to see if they had food left because it was Easter Sunday afternoon. We came right after and was greeted by the entire family when we walked in. EVERYONE was courteous and friendly and it was nice seeing the family together supporting eachother. They insisted that we sit and enjoy our meal, so we did. Nakia took our order and was friendly and bubbly even though her name was being called every 5 seconds! I had to give her a big hug before we left. Customer service was 10 outta 10. Now the food...this was our second time here and we traveled here from the Bronx because the food was fresh and delicious! The portions are generous and worth every penny! I had the catfish, cabbage, and collard greens. We also had a side of yams and everything was seasoned to perfection. The fish was fried just right. I was beyond pleased with everything, and highly recommend this establishment. There was a food truck that they own outside the restaurant catch it if you can, you're sure to be happy with the cuisine. Fyi- parking on their block is tough be prepared to drive around if you plan to sit indoors. Also there is counter seating and a few two top tables to dine at inside. I'd call before coming if you're in a group of 3 or more.

Great spot for fish and chips. Gives you a true southern feel. Loved it.
