Mexican food in Portland isn't always great. I spent 20 years in Arizona and these tortas have the best bread, the salsas are fantastic. The pollo, the papa, the frijole are fantastic. We've been twice and will keep going back. Absolutely worth every penny.

Such delicious carnitas! Loved the 3 dips — excellent salsa, beans and guacamole. Really tasty margaritas. Great atmosphere and service. What a gem.

All I’m gunna say is Güero is my boyfriends, aunts, parents, best friends, and neighbors favorite place to eat in PORTLAND! Order the pollo Pibil, grande tostada, and horchata. Come back to this review and thank me later.
