The restaurant is nice and we had high anticipation but the experience was not good. We waited over an hour for our food and no one bothered to come check or apologize for the delay. I could see the table next to us getting agitated and speaking with the waiter about a dish that had not come out yet while others were already done with their food and how they have been waiting an hour and half. When we got our food I wasn't impressed. Avocado toast bread was HARD and French toast was too sweet stuffed with melted chocolate. I only ate the crust. I will not be returning.
Food was very average for the price paid. Great atmosphere. I think you can get better food for the price elsewhere. Maybe a good spot for a few cocktails.
Our friend has celiac and the waitress really tried to go above and beyond to ensure she would have a gluten free meal but there was definitely cross contamination and she got super sick. Drinks were great, good mussels, lackluster snack board, biscuit was tasty. It was okay, not worth the hype or price.
Worst customer service ever. Everyone seemed angry. Their system was down and waiter was talking to us angry like it’s our fault the cards are not working. Then manager came and she had the worst attitude too. A place look like this needs to hire better staff.
This place is really good and atmosphere is also very good but only I think it is missing is service, they do based on the profile of the customers
Worst experience ever! The host was gave us a racist experience. Will never be back. From the first step the white bald host guy gave us a bad look and did not let us transfer from the bar to the dine in. He forced us to close the tab. I will never be back and please ignore the white bald host guy.
