Georgetown Cupcake Buckhead

Don't count on them. Ordered cupcakes for delivery via their UberEats link more than a full day in advance. They cancelled the order 30 minutes before delivery. Birthday treat for my college kid hours away from me. Don't offer online ordering/ delivery if you can't fulfill them. No one orders a dozen cupcakes unless it's for a special occasion. Terrible that a cupcake store can't at least notify you when you place the order that they can't fulfill a cupcake order! No call, no notice, not answering the phone.

If I could give it NO STARS I WOULD! This was the worst experience of Cupcakes IVE EVERY TASTE home made cupcakes from my children at home tasted better then these!! Close the whole establishment!

I love cupcakes but now I’m gluten-free. They have the best gluten-free cupcake or dessert of any kind I’ve ever had aside from the ones I make it home.

The atmosphere and shop itself is so modern and cute, but the service awful. The girls working were absolutely miserable and incredibly unfriendly and not very welcoming. The cupcakes look much better than they taste. They are very dry and taste like they have been sitting in the case for weeks. Definitely not fresh at all. Too expensive for such poor quality.

I used to watch the owner's reality tv show back in 2010. I've always wanted to try the cupcakes. I finally stopped yesterday. I purchased the red velvet, lemon, salted caramel and milk chocolate birthday cupcakes. The icing on all of them was creamy and delicious. The actual cup cake was very dense and dry with no taste. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed and will not return. Not worth it!

The cupcakes are fine: nothing special but certainly not bad. They’re a bit dense. They stopped validating parking, so in addition to paying for the cupcakes, it cost $5 to park in the garage. Overall, it’s not worth it. I won’t be back.

Store hours published indicate closing is 7pm but seems to be false as I went to pickup at 6pm and the store was closed with nobody answering the phone.

I have always loved Georgetown cupcakes, but this time in the Buckhead store it was a total disappointment. I bought 18 cupcakes to take back to Florida. What a waste and embarrassment. They cupcakes dry , stale and old. The hot choclo are horrible and the atmosphere at the store was very sad. Never coming back again

Stopped by around 5:30pm on 11/24. Lights were so dim it appeared that it was closed even though the hours said they were open till 7. The lady behind the counter was not very helpful or friendly. The cupcakes were delicious however!
