I enjoy going this place often for a nice leisurely lunch. The hotpot is very good and there are many other options if that is not your thing. If you have never done hotpot the people working there will be happy to show you how to do it. This place is worth a try if you want something a little different . The spread below was about $14
AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE SEAFOOD COMBO CAJUN - MILD
***Feb 2024 news** I wish I could share if it was good or bad - but they're closed on Tuesdays. Wish that was updated on Google. Will be back to try it out some other day
Visited for a quick lunch and did the hot pot. Most of their broths were pork based, so that was disappointing. I would suggest they offer other broth options for those that don’t eat that. The seafood ingredients were fresh and tasty. I feel like they provided decent portions for each side item. I loved that unlike other hot pot places they let you take your left overs to go. At the end of the meal they brought me a hot towel and oranges for dessert which was such a thoughtful touch. Vegetarian options: Mushrooms, and vegetables
George's Hot Pot has the best Peking duck in the area. I especially like the mini wrappers for the duck, goes great with the crispy skin, well-seasoned duck, hoisin, and cucumbers! We have gotten the duck to-go multiple times and heats up great in the air fryer! We asked for the duck bones to make noodle soups for the day after. We have enjoyed their hot pot as well. The sauce bar is stocked to make your own sauces for many different cuts of meats they offer. We liked the brisket, lamb, fish balls, and even scallops! They even offer hot hand towels, which reminds me of traveling in Asia. I believe they also have a secret traditional menu and can't wait to try them next time when we are in the area.
