Lovely people, great tasting food, if you are missing southern chili dogs, this is the only one my SC spouse likes. Dietary restrictions: No gluten free buns, but the burger is tasty on its own
Like going back in time, I don't know how long this place has been there but my guess is longer than I've been alive, I mean the tables have been wiped down so many times they are wearing down. Don't change a thing, I love this place and the hot dogs are legendary!!
Aye foodie fam this is a quicc review of this Worcester (wooostah) landmark destination eatery. The coney dog is a frankfurter slathered in Chilli , mustard, n chopped raw onions. Made famous in Coney Amusement Park, NY. These dogs pay respect to the original classic and its a no frills ya get wutcha order type a deal. The dogs are like a typical ballpark wein and the meat sauce is solid but not a wow. Pretty much its what ya would expect from a decent family picnic so if thats ya thing ya wnt be let down. I ate this dog n immediately developed n accent n started yellin about parking cars out fronta harvard yard! These are more aggressive than a Celtics fan down by 3. Might come back....maybe probably
I stopped in on my way back from Newbury for lunch. I ordered two dogs and they were just as good as I remembered when I stopped there a few years ago. I didn't question the price since everything has gone up so much lately but the guy overcharged me. I checked online when i got home ( Ct.) He charged me $7.12 for two dogs. That's about $1.50 more than it should have been. If you are from out of town beware.
The have great food 6 up 2 chocolate milks in glass jar so good
Like stepping back in time. A true icon of Worcester. Had never been before and my Brother and his wife took us. Great and fast. Nothing like eating local.
