Geno's Pizza

Carry out only was a downer. Pizza was ok with the name would of thought it would been better

Walked in and placed order, returned 40 minutes to pick up. Multiple patrons sitting all complaining about messed up orders. Picked ours up and took tonour cabin 25 minutes away. Upon opening the box discovered that our order was completely wrong also. Called to complain. We explained with the time of night, we weren't up to the drive back to town. They offered to make is a new one free the next day. That being said, our pizza looked and very much tasted like a frozen pizza and the garlic knots were not good either. Pictures posted did not in anyway represent the product we received. We opted to not even receive the free pizza because free wouldn't even be worth it.. could not rate the atmosphere because it is take out only

Very expensive for ordinary tasting cheese bread. The bbq pizza is what would make me go back.

This has to be the worst tasting food from a pizza place that we have ever had in our lives up to this point. Usually even bad pizza can taste okay and edible. This was not to us. The pizza tasted weird and I kept tasting like water in it which was so weird. We thought at least we have the cheese sticks and parmesan sticks to try. Unfortunately not. The cheese sticks were the most bland I've ever tasted in my life. Even Little Ceasars or the gas station has better. The parmesan sticks were supposed to come with a sauce which we did not recieved. It looked like they had brushed some seasoning on the sticks but we could not detect it! This is so strange. Even some salt on them would have been nice. My husband says they taste like a biscuit. I do not know how it is possible to have zero flavour. At times my husband makes me frozen breadsticks and brushes some butter and seasoning on them and it is pretty good so I don't know how these were like this. This was our first experience with Genos and definitely would never order here again. Big money price considering the quality. We literally had to order new food from somewhere else as we could not suffer through eating the food we recieved from Genos. I am not exaggerating when I say that gas station pizzas are significantly better than here. Also our food was cold and the cheese sticks tasted old as well as flavourless. It tasted as if it were made in the morning or something and had been sitting out. It was very sad and disappointing. I truly don't understand how this place is still in business. Do yourself a favour and check out any other place. It is unfortunate. We were so excited to try this pizza that we had never had and I've never had food let me down quite this badly.

The pizza was top notch. One of the best anywhere! Price matches quality, but still great pizza.

The lady up front was wonderful. She helped me get the best price and get the pizza to me as soon as it came out. She even put someone on hold to grab it for me. She deserves a raise. The pizza was great too. Prices weren't crazy like alot of places in Pigeon Forge.

Geno's Pizza has the best New York style pizza on the planet, with their famous signature pizza sauce. My two son's and I sat down and order a large pepperoni pizza and half chicken pizza
