Just alright.

Pathetic experience. The female server in grey T-shirt didn’t entertain us properly. She ignored most of our request and took lot of time to even deliver water. We had to wait for 30 minutes until our patience ran out to receive food, we literally said to server that we are leaving and she simply said that is totally fine. Seriously no professional behavior at such busy chain. We always come at this place and never got such experience in past 6 years. People who came before us next to our table received their food and they were almost finished with their lunch as well.

Food was great! Build your own bowl is better than selecting the bowl from the menu.

Had the worst experience today at Genghis grill. Never thought I’ll ever rate it 1 star. We were waiting to be attended by a server. The female server arrived almost 10 mins after we were seated. We only ordered waters at first and it took her another 10/15mins to get water, and she had forgotten that we needed water. We waited another 20 mins for our food but it never arrived. We informed the server in advance that we needed to wrap things sooner as we had other commitments, but she was least bothered to be cooperative. We finally left after sitting there for a total of 30/35 mins; disappointed and hungry. And all that the server had to say to us was a lame, “okay,sorry.”

This was our first time here. I ordered the small create your own bowl with noodles and piled ingredients into the provided portion bowl. It was amazing and enough to make me full. I'm sad they closed the Arrowhead location, as that is so much closer to home. I recommend dining here if you're in the area.

Staff is great! The food is delicious and doesn’t take long to come out I highly recommend checking it out! :)
