Genghis Grill

When we came in we waited along with others before we were greeted and I see after being seated it was due to being short staff. It took forever for our food to be prepared due to this. Some families ended up leaving due to being so slow. It wasn't their fault as servers. They were doing the best they could. This place really needs help with staff. Food left some to be desired. Will not return

Showed up 2/20/24 and they have closed their doors permanently

Over an hour and 20 min wait to get food , ordered food didn't come as showed on menu was told it was discontinued bowl after they tried to make it , no sour cream when it states sour cream on the menu , no alcohol drinks tonight either , poorly staffed.

Came on a Saturday night. Very few customers in the restaurant. Only ONE waitress in the entire place. Tried to be patient. Stood there for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us. When she finally did we stood for another 20 minutes and we never got seated! WE LEFT!! I understand being short handed but where was the manager!!! And On a Saturday night! Shame on you Genghis!

TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE TIME!!! DIDNT EVEN GET FOOD BECAUSE WE DIDNT GET SEATED!! NOBODY IS EVEN WORKING JUST ONE GIRL!!

I have been to this location a few times, and the service is slow. Today I went in and this poor girl working host, bar, and tables. I watch tables she had to bust. She had no help. Maybe two people in the kitchen. Food sitting on the counter. Do better! She shouldn't have to do all that on a Saturday.

Based on the previous reviews that I failed to seek out before this visit - corporate needs to just lock the door and call this location a tax write off, or whatever you do when something is a total loss. I should have turned around and left when a strange smell greeted us at the door. But i didn’t. I should have turned around and left when both bathroom soap dispensers were completely devoid of any evidence of soap. And the sanitizer dispenser I headed to as a plan b - was also bone dry. But I didn’t. I should have turned around and left when most of the items for the build-your-own-bowl were either far-from-fresh or not there at all. But I didn’t. I ALMOST got up and left because we were the only table sat, and our food sat at the counter waiting to be cooked for 20 mins. When I finally got up to leave, my children and I were still hungry. And for the price this nightmare cost me we could have had an actual Asian feast nearly anywhere else. $13 for that tiny scoop of food pictured below - that resulted from me filling the thimble they supply you with to create your meal. Never again. And - FYI the hostess told another table that came in as we were leaving that their bar was closed because they lost their liquor license.

Second time here and the service is awful. Wait staff always has an attitude. They are always out of something. Just got my vegetarian meal with no veggies in it. When I asked about it she responded with we are out of those too. Waste of money.
