(PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH FOR THE FOOD YOU GET!!!!!!!) Young lady behind the food bar chewing on her fingernails messing with her nose wearing mask halfway down I wouldn't waste my time no my money ever coming back here again. I will take my business back to the one over on poplar I let the manger know he said something to her the she went complaining to her co worker given me dirty looks. My daughter food came out burned one young lady who delivers the food has her hair in her face all the way bast her chin. Never heard back from any management. (EVEN 11 month's later nothing has in proved 2-4-2024)

This was our first visit. The food was really good and nice proportions. The young lady who served us was great. Will definitely return.

First off, when my son said to meet us here, my wife said, "haven't we been there before"? I didn't recall it, but as soon as I stepped inside, it all came back to me. We sat here for over 30 minutes before our food came, and, after our waiter said 3 previous times he'd be back with our waters, we had to ask for the water after our food came. And the food sat on our table for a minute before the waiter brought us, wait for it, PLASTIC UTENSILS! And then I waited for my meal, and waited, and waited. And after my 4 other family members finished there meals, I asked our waiter about my meal. He said he thought he brought it already and as he checked with the cook staff, it was apparent that the order was still sitting there. My other family members left and we waited another 15 minutes for the meal, after paying, and it wasn't even our waiter who got us the food, it was a member of the cook staff who called out to us. As I sit here at home eating it, I realize my order, the Lonestar, has no charred corn, no black beans, and no cilantro. How is this possible!?!?!? Everyone we interacted with was apologizing throughout the meal, but nothing was done to compensate us for the severe inconvenience of poor service, especially with 2 young children there. To top things off, our waiter hangs over my wife's shoulder waiting for her to pay, and she tells me that she tipped 20%, because they only offered 20, 25,& 27% as a choice and she felt pressured to tip. I am at a disbelief how people continue to eat here, the food is bland, the menu is not very creative, and the atmosphere doesn't say "Ghengis" anything. After this terrible experience we had last year around this time, and today's, WE WILL NEVER, EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!

The food was good. The service was VERY good. The place - ok but "fast food" establishment vibes although it is part self-service and part table service. Reasonable prices, fresh ingredients, good gluten free choices, especially with sauces. They get a plus for that!

Amazing great service & great food

Genghis Grill for a 1st timer was pretty good, I'm really learning how to perfect these self made bowls , it's pretty funny for a man that doesn't cook regularly but I'm managing to survive.....Thanks Genghis Grill for a great experience and a great staff of people on hand to help.

Ordered delivery and was not disappointed with what I ordered. Was delicious and hot still when I got it!

Went for lunch. One server. It wasn't crowded. Medium bowl was $17.00 . It was not worth the price. I fot spicy beef. There wasn't any veggies or anything. Was expensive too. See pics. Meal for two was almost $50. Was so unsatisfied. Would not go again. Service was also bad. No eye contact or anything.
