Absolutely terrible place not only do they take advantage of the elderly, but also charge an arm and a leg for a low quality product!
Waited 25 minutes. Was never greeted by a server David the manager said there was nothing he could do about it.
I’m glad that I went to this restaurant with my friends. The food was amazing and my kids ate a bowl of rice and some ramen noodles. I don’t know if I would describe the restaurant as “kid friendly” due to the big open flame/ grill but I brought my kids their tablets and they were occupied. I really liked the bean paste dessert that looked like a cookie.
Everything was great with one meal-killing, experience-wrecking, stomach-churning thing: the volume of the music. I read about this in other reviews and didn't think it could possibly be that bad... But it was. If you can't have a conversation with the people you're having dinner with - even when YELLING at each other - then we're not coming back. I'll tell everyone not to go. Food was excellent, smoke wasn't ventilated well - pretty awful for being there about 90 minutes - but the employees who work there are most likely at an increased risk of cancer from the exposure to the smoke and should demand better working conditions. To protect them I'll file a complaint with the county. There's not a huge reason for servers here - this should be 100% table side tablet ordering and payment - would turn tables faster and increase revenue per franchise unit while reducing costs and eliminating tipping.
This place never disappoints. Everything is absolutely delicious and staff members are always friendly. I love that I get to cook and not worry about washing the dishes.
Restaurant went down hill. Food is no longer good quality and service is neglectful.
