Gen Korean BBQ House

Me and 4 friends came in to eat and it was pretty empty. Our waiter was extremely overworked and we got rounds of meat every 15-30 minutes, and got the wrong order twice. After only a few rounds We were then told our time limit was almost up and were given the bill. Extremely unacceptable for an all-you-can-eat restaurant to leave someone pretty hungry after.

i love gen kbbq i go very often, i had never been to this one before. when i took my mother we were served one round of food. the server did not serve us again. he did serve the adjacent tables multiple times. we were there for an hour minimum. we had to call our server because he just wouldnt help us. it made us feel very uncomfortable. none of the servers even made eye contact with us and we eventually just got up and paid at the door due to how uncomfortable it was. we were very coordial customers and we caused no issues so i didnt understand why we got treated that way

Service is the worst! Waiters don’t care… it took them 30 minutes after first serving to just come back and ask if we need anything… and he sounded like he was doing a favor to us!!! After long waiter wait time theirs food wait time… even uncooked meat! You will be eating for 30 minutes and waiting for 1 hour! So don’t go if you are not willing to spend atleast 2 hours there.

The food was out of this world. Music was bomb, service was great, I absolutely look forward to coming back. I wish i had known about this place sooner.

Sunday was Easter so Monday only have dinner option and you have to pay dinner price all day, that is pretty shiiitty practice

They can do better. Meat quality is mediocre but service is where the whole dining experience was lacking. A Korean bbq dinner experience is a very detailed meal, which requires attention to detail on what is laid out on a customer's table. Management should take the whole staff back to training camp because Korean BBQ this place is not.
