Gen Korean BBQ House

Craved kbbq and went in for a late lunch. Wasn’t as busy as we expected, however service was extremely slow. We waited 15+ mins for just 2 bowls of white rice and have to ask again to check in on when they would come. Be sure to order 2+ servings of meat when you place an order because they’ll arrive really sloow… The quality of meats were alright, but I guess this is usually how it is for AYCE.

I want to start by saying A+, the soju pouches drinks were really good. I got to take mine to go after eating. For food I got the premium menu which came to $50 per person. The wagyu was like a tastier bacon with some really good marbling. My favorite was the pork belly and the bulgogi. The bulgogi was a bit sweet but with the ginger and beef sauce they provided it was stellar. I also don’t like shrimp but whatever they put on theirs was really good coming off. The grill when I was eating it.

Kid-friendliness: good

Hyped up on TikTok and reels. It’s okay but not again. FCFS. Once packed Reservation are made once you wait in line.(90mins) Since there’s a 2hr limit to eat there who knows how long you’ll wait. Food and drinks were good though

This place has gone downhill. We've been here at least once a month for almost a year and things are getting pretty bad. We didn't get any dishes at one point for about 40 minutes. We definitely won't be back for a while if ever...

The service was terrible it took them forever to give us water !!!! Can you believe that and then when we asked the runner to bring us some water he rolled his eyes in the most nasty way possible…As he was rolling his eyes to us he shamed the plate of raw chicken in for my boyfriend what kind of place let’s there employees disrespect the customers we almost didn’t even tip because we always had to catch the servers attention in order for him to come to us .Ive been here a couple of Times and the experience have been great but today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had am not a person to do reviews online or anything like that but the way that runner is treating customers it needs to be known
