Horrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes for a grill change, and every time we asked for something they would either ignore us or take 20 minutes to get it.

Really bad service， won't back again

Wow. What is there to say. Ever since the recent changes, the quality of this place has gone down severely. This was one of my favorite places to go to, but just came back home and i was disappointed. Service is really bad today and the last few times I've gone it was the same. Waited 25 minutes for the first round to come, never got our side salad, which was one of the first things ordered until an hour had already passed. Our waitress seemed to be ignoring us and serving all the other tables. Only got 1 round of meat in the whole hour and a half since it came out so late. When we tried to order our second round, the waitress said, "Okay," and after 20 minutes of waiting she passed by again and said "everything okay? Should i get you the check?" We didnt want to wait anymore so we just decided sure the check is fine. First time I unfortunately left no tip because of how disappointed I was. If possible check out another place or drive half an hour more to get it in Korea Town. Very much more worth it.

The food tasted different, and the service could have been better. The communication between servers was bad. We served double servings because different servers would bring us the same portions

The biggest thing this place has going for it is their prices - AYCE $21.99 lunch and $29.99 dinner. The food is decent but the service was terrible. They are definitely understaffed. After being seated without a menu I had to wait over 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me at the table and another 5 mins to get a glass of water. I ended up walking up to the hostess stand to grab my own menu so I could place my order. From there it didn’t get any better. Wait times for your items was 10+ mins each time. They didn’t even drop off any sides or sauces and when I asked for them they were out of some of the basics. On top of that they just let the empty plates stack up on the table. I’ve been to a lot of Korean AYCE BBQs and this one was mediocre at best. Also is was unnecessarily smokey inside considering how few people were there during lunch. Probably because they allowed things to just burn on the used grill racks rather than replacing them more often. This place is a definite pass because of the service alone. I’d rather pay more to feel like I was taken better care of. Parking: Tons of parking choices in this area!
