How easy it is to find everything I need, and how lovely the staff always are

Assistance in floral department with great customer care.

Beautiful store with nice enployeews ...but Embarrassing Gelsons location where they charge the Normal high prices and yet things are expired and old. Went yesterday and could not find Romaine or Butterhead lettuce that wasn't brown ...but yet still out for sale...produce manager is not keeping up with their job if they leave brown and spoiled items out for sale to their customers ... Not good Have gotten several expired food items there ...

BEWARE OF RACIAL PROFILERS... Not once, not twice but three times a cashier has racially profiled a black employee of mine who was completing the grocery pick up for my company/office. I have either had to call them directly or the manager has had to call me directly from my employers cell (in this instance the "manager" ripped my employees cell phone out of his hands and cold called me asking my name, details of the credit card that was being used and a full description of the person (my employee) that was trying to make the purchase. If for whatever reason they had not been able to get ahold of me they stated they were going to call the cops to handle the matter. I have had other white employees of mine go to get the exact same items (cheeses, nuts, prosciuttos, salamis, fruit & vegetables) from this location (and spend the same amount - around $400/500) and they have never once been questioned when swiping the credit card. The treatment that my employee has received makes me never want to return to this establishment again. Bringing racial profiling into your business and daily practices is by no means a way to keep customers coming back. In this day and age people need to do better.

I've just visited the store to get soda and sparkling water, everything at your market is very neat, I love that. Unfortunately, the cashier named Veronica was too impolite.
