Gelato-go West Palm Beach

I don't know what's been going, maybe something personal, but this place hasn't even been open for months now. It's too bad, because I loved their gelato. There are no signs saying they're closed, nothing mentioning anything, but I see the place every night, and nothing has changed. It started off with their hours getting wonky, and it seemed like maybe there was an employee shortage. Then they were closed some days, then more days. By around Christmas 2022, they'd maybe be open once a week, then there were several weeks without activity. There was a night or two at the beginning of this year where they were open, but that was it ... someone left the "open" neon light on, but no one's been "home" since then ‍♀️☹️

Went there at 2 pm. No one there. Closed. No sign saying when they would back.

Great gelato and the owner was cool! I recommend the marscapone and I mixed that with pistachio. I could definitely tell ingredients were fresh but some of the gelato was a bit icy in texture. It was also a pretty penny, $8 for two scoops! However, very delicious and a great late night snack.

Javontae was absolutely amazing!!! Great personality and full of joy and had so much patience with family and I. We appreciate it so much. And the lemon, raspberry, and mango tasted delicious.

Next time your hours say you're open at 10:00 p.m. you should at least be open to 8:30 p.m. that's why you're getting a one star. Change your advertised open and close times so it reflects the appropriate hours you folks keep!

My kids were excited to try Gelato for the first time. I came by 6:30pm and they were closed. Hours on their website and google show open until 8pm Mon-Sun. My kids and I were disappointed. I hope to try again another time and will review again.

Don't trust the hours on Google.
