I used them to process my deer meat. I have to say I can’t find anyone better. The butcher is not a butcher. He is a great chef. I eagerly await the store’s reopening. I am so sorry to hear about the fire. Best to all the staff at Geirs.

The place to go for all things German, as well as fresh meat, cheese, and so much more. I always find a new mustard or sauce and European sweets I don't find anywhere else.
