Everything was great. Service was superb!!!! Highly recommend.

Food was great. Staff was great but when you can't eat everything on your plate and you ask for a to go plate they tell you no. Whole plate of food goes in the trash instead of letting you take it home.

We absolutely LOVE this place. Everything from the soup/bar to the meat...that GLORIOUS meat! I love Brazerio's too (really love their vegetables on the bar more), but, Gaucho's meat has better flavor along with the option of lobster bisque soup and/or cod soup. Both are amazing. Thanks to the YouTuber "Adventure is Out There" for doing a video about this place. That's how we found out about it.

We arrived with 8 people, we were poorly served, the meat was hard, cold and salty after the first time they served it to us, it took them more than ten minutes to serve us again, we paid $80 per person and none of my friends liked it.

Food was delicious, service was great, and would definitely come back! The workers were so kind and come to see if we wanted any special request and are great at remembering what way we like the meat cooked. Everything from the salad bar, hot bar, and meats were delicious!

This is the third Brazilian steakhouse we've been to and it's up there with the best, Texas de Brazil. Our main server, Colton was great. The meats were, for the most part, very good. The only negative was, after having five different people, including the manager, ask me if there was a specific cut of meat I wanted, it took 15+ minutes to get someone to bring me a medium rare fillet. That would have been fine, however, the cut was well done. Colton stepped up and took care of us despite my letting him know it wasn't a big deal since we had already enjoyed every other aspect of our meal. Our favorite cuts were the bacon wrapped fillet, bottom sirloin and the flank. Not as good, the garlic cut of beef and the bacon wrapped chicken (very dry). Overall, a very good experience and we will be back
