Great service food was truly Italian, we got to compliment the chef. Highly recommend authentic Italian!

Everything was over salted. And I like salt but this was way too much in every dish we are staying at the Warwick so we thought a simple meal at the hotel restaurant. We should have walked to anywhere else. Every dish we ordered had something wrong.

My friends and I can't get enough of the food at Gattara since they brought on a chef from Italy earlier this year. The calamari is my favorite - so light and perfectly crispy. We also shared a salad with shrimp and the most delicious margherita pizza straight from the pizza oven. If you want authentic delicious Italian food, I highly recommend!

Its nice to have a hotel restaurant in this area. The food is pretty good, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly.

Has to be the worst food I’ve ever had in denver. So incredibly salty it was almost inedible. My friend wanted to send it back but I convinced him to eat it. Orders didn’t come out correct and I was constantly out of water.

Had an amazing dinner here at Gattara. Amazingly authentic Italian dishes can be found here in the Denver area. The bruschetta had the most deliciously fresh and creamy burrata. The pizza had a perfectly seasoned tomato sauce and had an excellent crust. The pasta carbonara had real guanciale (not bacon like some places will serve). The salad with shrimp and scallops was also to die for. Highly recommend this spot for your Italian craving.

Love the nice warm fireplace and everything about the atmosphere. The food is always fantastic. They have great pastas, pizza, and my favorite, short ribs. Everything is homemade, handmade, loved, etc. The service has always been on point. The bartender, "rocks"! He makes the best drinks ever! Thank you Gattara for the fabulous meals, service and great prices. P.S. the desserts are to die for. The oatmeal cookie was divine. I had my very first bread pudding at Gattara. I'll be back!
