Planned a trip here with my friends who have never been before. I haven’t been since last summer but so much has changed since then. They’ve downsized their menu which no longer features the loaded fries and they don’t feature an extensive drink menu anymore. The BOGO drinks tasted like juice (I ordered margaritas with Don Julio) and the manager on duty admitted that he has gotten several complaints about the drinks not being strong. The service was mediocre and it took a while to get our food and drinks. My friend ordered Gator chips and was surprised that they came out to be $5.99 even though they are listed under regular sides; they also didn’t list a price for the chips. My other friend ordered a side of fries and they came out cold. The Gator Tail used to be good but I was underwhelmed with it this time. Overall, I was so embarrassed that I recommended this place. None of us will be back.

The food might have been 3.5 stars if it had come out hot but it didn’t. The appetizers were lukewarm. I’m not a fan of lukewarm mozzarella sticks & wings. The kiddos had burgers & wings. Husbae had a Cobb salad. I had the buffalo cauliflower. The server was nice but she was stretched thin. Overall the only thing worth a return visit was the buffalo cauliflower; it was sooo good, definitely worth 4.5 stars by itself. Vegetarian options: The Buffalo Cauliflower was SO GOOD!

We had a birthday party of about twenty. The service was excellent and the place was great, however my roast beef was so salty that it ruined the meal. It's a shame, because it was otherwise tender and tasty, behind all the salt. Also, the mixed veggies weren't as described. I ordered them to get away from the standard corn. I was told lima beans, broccoli, etc., but instead of the lima beans there was that corn again. Oh well, the place was otherwise nice and the food won't stop me from coming back. I'll find something else on the menu.

Laila was server for my meal and she was amazing !! She went above and beyond to take care and prioritize my table even though we were outside with a dog. Definitely made the entire experience worth while !!!
