Went to this establishment 20 min before closing . Was told they had no more chicken for the night . Additionally , closed sign posted on door prior to posted closing time

So disappointed in the way the grilled wings tasted. The sweet potato fries were good.

Wings are OK terrible service. Very rude guy answering the phone, my first visit ever which I informed him it was he acted like I should know what they offer. He said usually they're busy so I couldn't take this long on a phone order but if you're usually busy that means currently you're not so maybe the service is the problem!!!

We were overcharged for our order of 50 wings and 36 chicken tenders on Super Bowl Sunday. When we called to address the issue, they informed us that their website prices are different and no longer valid. This was surprising because their website did not mention anything about prices being subject to change at any time. While this place has potential, improvements in their business practices and customer service are necessary. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

I placed an order tonight through Uber for Chili and specifically asked for utensils which I received no utensils and no napkins. I'm at work and therefore can't even eat my meal now bc I need utensils. I reached out to Uber and they suggested I call the restaurant since I had requested them with my order. The young woman who answered the phone was very short and offered no remedies even though I explained to her my order wasn't finger food...she thanked me for calling.. now I'm stuck at work starving for another couple of hours even though I'm a couple blocks from the restaurant. By the time I get off...my food will be cold and I'm pretty positive reheating a chili bread bowl won't go over well. Update on 1/31: Thank you so much to the owner who responded to my review. A simple apology goes a long way! I wanted to edit my review, after the fact, to say that even tho I wasn't able to eat the bread bowl by the time I got off of work that night.... I did scoop out the chili and reheat it and it was amazing. The flavor was on point! If I could make any suggestion, it would be maybe to train your staff to be able to offer some sort of a remedy and if there isn't one...then to at least offer an apology for the mistake. The person I spoke to on the phone that evening seemed more annoyed that I was calling to ask for something that maybe she didn't find as important as I did. I was left feeling like I was bothering her for taking up her time as she offered no apology; only sarcastically thanking me for my call at the end of the conversation! Thanks again for taking the time to show that you care about your customers!!

These wings are so good! beer was nice and cold, curly fries were delicious. I asked for extra crispy wings and actually got extra crispy which never happens. It was a pleasure meeting Kiki our sever she is super nice! Ask for her if you stop by!!! 5⭐️
