The items I ordered for a total of $23: Honey Lavender Latte - I’d say it is decent because I can slightly taste the lavender, but the honey flavor is completely absent. The sea salt adds a nice balance. Sweet Potato muffin with cream cheese frosting -My favorite item out of the entire purchase. It’s reminiscent of sweet potato pie in flavor with possible hints of molasses and it’s just the right amount of sweet. Tuna Melt - Overall the flavor is nice. The Parmesan bread is grainy and earthy but it is slightly dry. The Swiss cheese seemed really mild, I could hardly taste it. The tuna itself was seasoned well and onion/celery heavy (I love onions and crunchy veggies so this was a plus for me). Unfortunately the tuna was cold even though it took upwards to 25 minutes for it to be made. I’m leaving 3 stars because of my overall experience - I could chalk it up to an off day for customer service, but seeing as this was my first time in this establishment, this experience makes me hesitant to return. When I ordered, I was the first person in line and there were 2 men after me. At the register I was immediately given my muffin, which was nice. What I find odd is that both of the drinks (which sounded just as complex, if not more, than the latte I ordered) for the two men behind me were made first. Initially I thought they were just going to give me my drink when my sandwich was ready… not the case. These guys also ordered food items which appeared to be made in the kitchen; when their food was ready it was hand delivered to their table by the cashier. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my tuna melt… it seems like they forgot it. When it was ready, the chef came out and called me up to the register to pick up the item (which is normally fine, but becomes odd when I see other patrons being brought their food). As I gathered my items from the table I was sitting at, I think the cashier asked the chef to bring me the food, so they eventually did. The cashier was nice, but I can’t say I experienced stellar customer service.

Truly excellent service, good coffee and comfortable vibe! The internet was a bit slow if you’re planning to work, but the environment for working was very good. Their chagaccino is a nice option for a clean energy friendly coffee! Dietary restrictions: Good variety of dairy free and sugar free options Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of area for wheelchairs

The best thing I have to say about this place is the soup was amazing. It could have been my fault for ordering the wrong syrup/drink combo but the drink I ordered tasted very poor. Also, I’ve worked as a barista so I get it’s frustrating having to explain drinks all the time and getting them returned when a drink is misinterpreted, but it upset me hearing the way the barista corrected my grandpa today about the difference between a cappuccino and a dry latte. I can think of several ways it could have been explained nicer, it’s a drink he’s ordered the same way for 60 years, it’s not like a caramel macchiato or something. I want to be clear: I am speaking down on the management not the barista taking the order, for creating and fostering an environment where employees are told to explain drinks that way and speak to customers, especially old people, in a way that isn’t patient and nice. Edit: scrolled thru some reviews and it seems management has a bit of an attitude problem. I am sure what you do is hard work but if you value friendliness be kind to your customers!

The food is soo delicious, you forget it's healthy and guilt-free!! I loved the chicken hand pie, and the gluten free pound cakes. Couldn't tell they weren't regular pound cake

Friendly staff! And the vegan chicken biscuit is 10/10. Vegan banana bread is also good
