Vibe was good and the lamb sliders are great! Good spot for hookah and drinks as well.

I have been going to Gardenia for the last 5 years and this place is always consistent with their service and food. Gardenia is my go-to-spot and the best hookah lounge in NYC. I always enjoy the ambiance, the music, excellent hookah, and amazing drinks and food. And I also want to mention the amazing hostess “Lilly” who is always accommodating me and my friends , and send us shots :). The waitresses are very attentive, welcoming and friendly and the bartender serves the best drinks. Vegetarian options: Humus, falafel appetizer and falafel sand sandwich, gardenia sampler, Egyptian salad.

Horrendous service by the hostest and the waitress. Food wasn’t good. Not coming back.

Atmosphere is great, seating is cozy and the place is very modern. I came here on a Friday afternoon, a bit past 3, thankfully they’re open early in the afternoon. Service was excellent, very professional. Well crafted cocktail- I ordered the penicillin. The hookah is definitely of good quality. Not as strong as I prefer it but it’s a decent strength. I ordered blueberry mint- I wasn’t charged extra for mixing those flavors but a 20% gratuity is included. Definitely will be my preferred hookah spot if in the area again, I might try their food next.

We were a group of 4, once we arrived they told us it was a minimum of 100$ per person…..we would have appreciated the notice online.

Best place to have a nice dinner and the best hookah around. Staff is attentive and the manager, Happy, is the absolute best! Most respectful and very helpful. 12/10 stars!!
